Soybeans

A range of options

Burchett Seed Service offers a wide range of soybean varieties for every farm. From conventional, non-GMO beans for the premium market to the latest in herbicide-resistant varieties, any producer can find a bean that will meet his needs.

We offer Liberty Link® , Roundup Ready 2 Xtend®  and (pending official approval) the new E3 Enlist™  beans from ProHarvest as well as conventional soybeans from eMerge with premium potential through Lathrop Feed Seed and Grain. All of our soybeans are proven performers here in West Central Missouri, selected to yield under a variety of conditions across a range of maturities.

We have also begun our own soybean breeding program, focused on high-yielding conventional soybeans aimed at the high-end food grade market. We are still a few years out from any commercial lines, but we are excited with our results thus far. Stay tuned for more updates on our progress!

Other Options

Enlist E3™ Soybeans

Final approval is still pending for 2019 planting, but we are excited to be able to potentially offer this new technology! Enlist E3™ beans combine existing glyphosate and glufosinate resistance with added 2-4D resistance to offer an even wider variety of weed control choices on top of new genetics for improved yield and defense. We'll keep you updated on the regulatory progress and hope to have more information for you very soon.
